Kids

Children learn in an exciting, positive environment - allowing them to thrive. Our younger students learn to understand the meaning of focus and discipline as it is applied in each basic skill that they are taught.

SWORD FORMS

Sword forms are an important part of Kumdo history that is taught with a wooden sword. 

​

There are two parts of sword form - Bon-Kook-Kum-Bup and Bon. Below are two videos demonstrating these types of sword form.

At HMK, sword forms are taught regularly as masters teach and black belt members are there to assist. Below are some pictures of members practicing and showing their skills.
