Re-opening Update

Dear HMK Family,

Since reopening, many of us are having a safe, healthy, and fun time exercising together again. I look forward to expanding our family and practicing together at HMK in September.

So far, we are:

Wearing a mask when we practice.

Spraying disinfectant to the doors.

Keeping our hands clean with the touch-less sanitizer.

Checking body temperature with the non-contact thermometer.

Logging every members' temperature and questionnaire answers.

Class has been focused on hitting with different distances, stepping in, motion, and practicing some angles on the head target. We enjoy the class a lot!

Starting next week, we are excited to have classes that will focus on other targets with different approaches.

For you and other members health,

1. Wash your hands before you come here.

2. Try not to touch your face.

3. Wear a mask.

4. Do not shake your hand with others.

5. Put a mouth guard in your helm (Ho-myun).

6. Wash your hands after practice.

Keeping your body healthy and maintaining a bright mind is the best way to strengthen your immune system to overcome these trial times! Come and improve a healthy body and mind!
